Due to car breaking down we went here to look as we desperately needed something asap. We went through the staff member Harley and his service throughout was amazing. Any questions we had he could give us answers and it was so easy to sort. We went today and all completed within 30 mins of being there and even helped with insurance. This was my fist time buying a car for myself and all the staff were all friendly at the garage and the sales team they were all happy to help me and answer questions when buying my car I dealt with Harley he was great made everything easy so I could understand and kept the process simple everything was done smoothly and quickly with no hassle very good dealership with a great set up would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a used car👍👍

As the BS I have had to just encounter on the WORKSHOP SIDE from the delightful staff member "Adam" not only did a job that was suppose to be a first in first out job being around 2hrs, took twice aslong. My car was there last week, having callipers changed to find that it also needs brake cables. The Gent "Angel" which I couldn't credit more to this company great person to deal with, rang his work colleagues infront of the mechanic I sent with my car, to say what work today needed doing on the car which was BRAKE CABLES N CALIPERS!. For this "Adam" to fix my brake cable goes to put wheels back on car and when questioned weather the calipers had been done LIES ABOUT THE PARTS BEING SENT BACK And only the Cables were to be done is a total joke. But soon as he was told the car isn't going to keep coming back, if we had to pay for the job, I'd be claiming refund plus More. The callipers he says were sent back somehow reappeared back in the workshop. My car was then again put back on the ramp to have them changed. Why do half a job, then LIES ABOUT IT! He is the most rudest inconsiderate person I have come across. This car is driven DAILY With YOUNG children In the car and the fact he was told callipers & cables needed doing he only did the cables and lied. Wouldn't you rather do the job the first time to do it right then move on and have a happy customer?. Although the dealership side was top notch and would recommend them. Please, when you're going to have work done In The workshop you get all the jobs that are going to be done in writing before leaving. As this would have cost me yet another day, I wasted having to take my car back to be fixed again. "ADAM" needs to get some customer skills first and do his job properly instead of being half a job, Joe. I am not going to knock stars, but people need to be aware as this is people's cars & lives this delightful guy was playing with :/.

Bought a Renault M\xe9gane today after viewing and test driving yesterday. Despite being a cheap part exchange vehicle the car was presented and prepared to the highest standards with all new tyres and brakes. Unlike so many dealerships who would happily pass on a part exchange car with known faults and 2mm tread tyres these guys have an eye for detail. There was no pressure just help during the whole process thank you.
