Porsche Macan 2025 - Electric Estate 300kW 4 100kWh 5dr Auto

It was the people who made our experience so great. Senior Sales Manager Molly Charteris and Senior Porsche Pro George Fleming anticipated what we needed so well that we felt at times they were reading our minds. We had sold our car privately and buying a custom electric Macan meant there was an unavoidable delay in delivery. Molly saw the problem and as she said wanted us ‘to have wheels’ and amazingly provided us with a 2025 electric Taycan for three weeks while we waited on the arrival of our new car. George took the time to explain in detail how the magic works. It was like a prequel to the Macan when we picked it up. Then as if that wasn’t enough Molly secured an offer for us by way of compensation for the few weeks delay of additional insurance on parts. George seemed almost more enthusiastic about the new Macan than we were as he appreciated all the sophistication of what we had just bought. The whole team at Porsche welcomed us like a five-star hotel. Someone once said that ‘your brand is not a logo but is the experience you create for customers.’ Porsche can count themselves very lucky to have brand ambassadors like Molly, George and their team.

Had to make a visit to this dealer ship today to have a slight issue looked at on my 718 Spyder. On arrival I was greeted by a lovely reception team who were very helpful. I was then introduced to the service manager Daniel Hart who also was very helpful and understanding. The master technician (Greg) who worked on the car was extremely knowledgeable and advised me there was nothing to worry about which has now put my mind at rest. Any one who is looking to have their car serviced look no further than this dealer . Since my last written review above I have today 28/08/25 been back to Porsche Cambridge for a Padm ( engine mount fix) on my 718 Spyder. Once again impeccable service from Daniel Hart and the Porsche Cambridge team. Thank you so much for looking after me.

Did a *beautiful* job correcting a botched respray on my 996 millennium summer ‘24. ChromaFlair paint isn't straightforward to match and the results showcase their excellent skills IMO. Daniel and especially Tim gave great customer service and attention to detail understanding my sentimental attachment to my car. Strong rec! *UPDATE* My car turns 26 in October and has done 120k miles now (August '25). It understandably has developed some rust patches from car park wear and tear and stone chips along the way. Tim and team cured them, repaired the rear bumper rubs and cracks and resprayed the surfaces not done last year. Simply delighted with the results, looks brand new (:
