My car came in for a service and MOT which I had to wait a good couple of hours for it to be done. The staff are really welcoming and helpful and kept me updated on the progress of my car. Would recommend the Wickford branch.

I have been taking my cars for many years to this garage to have my car serviced. I come from Kent passing two Mercedes garages.but it’s worth the extra journey. From the moment I arrive at the reception I’m warmly greeted constantly kept updated with progress of my car. All the staff especially Reception are very attentive ensuring my wait is comfortable. They are a credit to your company and their customer service is second to none.

I recently contacted Mercedes Southend to book my car in for a service, and I was lucky enough to be assisted by Keith. From the moment he picked up the phone, his professionalism and willingness to help stood out. Despite my last-minute request, Keith went above and beyond to arrange a loan car for me, ensuring the whole process was smooth and stress-free. This is my second time visiting the branch and the service is always exceptional. The team are extremely accommodating and helpful, with very good knowledge of their products. The branch has a very welcoming vibe and you are always made to feel comfortable if you want to wait around while your car is being looked at.
