I purchased a car off cawdor st Catherine Street carmarthen on 08/02/2024, I was told by Holly the car has good service history as he knows the car, on picking the car up I checked the service history and the service book was missing, Dylan informed me he will get me a new service book and up-date the servicing history, after many months with me phoning cawdors for up-dates, I was told the service book had arrived at cawdors and they will post it to me, its been 3months now and finally i've received the book only to find it only has one service stamp which when I purchased the car it was part of the purchased deal for it to be service, I drove 34miles to cawdors explaining the service book only had one service stamp at 49,574 miles.. Dylan insured me he will send it off to the garage which it was service at and get them to update the book with service stamps as the car had good good service history saying not to worry all will be okay. After many more phone calls to cawdors for up-dates it been 6'months now and still know service history. I phone Dylan mobile serial times and leaving messages, a fews days goes by and No reply from Dylan, he's ignoring my phone calls and he hasn't replied to my messages i left, eventually a man answered who I've never spoken to before, he tried to sell me a new service book and didn't know anything about the last 6'months I've been calling with chasing this up, after explaining everything to him what I've been thought over the last 6'months, he said he will talk with Dylan and get back to me, a fews days goes by with No updates, again phone cawdors this time to be told the service book is in the post, I will receive it in a few days. On the 25/09/2024 nearly 6\xbdmonths after purchased the car i received the service book.. ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT ITS ONLY GOT ONE SERVICE STAMP AT 49,574miles THE SAME AS WHEN I TRAVELLED 34.MILES TO BRING IT BACK 3 MONTHS AGO, Its nearly been 7months now with many phone calls, chasing up updates being ignored with No replies, cawdors have sold me a car under false information which lead me to believe the car had good service history, they have failed thee customer service with lies, I WILL NEVER PURCHASED A CAR FROM CAWDOR ST CATHERINE STREET CARMARTHEN AGAIN. Thank you for messaging, asking me to reached out to you, so here's some proof with pictures that the service book wasn't updated after 7 months of me chasing this up. It was very stressful and I still haven't got any service history with the car I purchased from you on the 08/02/2024 which was promised to me time and time again.. With the proof on Dylans card with his signature. Thanks I hope this will help you to understand that I was let down by cawdors selling me a car under false information..

First class, Dylan was very helpful, I wanted a car for towing, he checked on the towing weight, nothing was to much trouble, had a very good part exchange allowance. When i went to collect, the car was immaculate, \xa320 fuel to get you home and 12 months warranty. What a deal 👌. Highly recommend

Had the very best experience with rhys at cowdor carmathen, I needed to upgrade my 5 seater car to a 7 seater due to finding out im expecting my 4th child and couldn't find a 7 seater around where I live so rhys spent his time searching for a 7 seater and found the perfect family car was quick easy amazing experience went out his way to sort everything stress free experience very friendly staff and kept up to date with everything shown everything on the day couldn't be any happier in love with my new car definitely recommend cowdor if you need change your car 😀
