BMW 1 Series 2015 (65) - 1.5 118i Sport Auto Euro 6 (s/s) 5dr

Terrible experience. RUN away and do not trust those guys. Only the facility offices should give away what they really are as professionals. Have given my old car as part exchange and while they committed to do all the paper work as all auto traders are doing , they never did for some time and as a result the person who took over my old car kept getting fines and they were all coming to my address. 4 months down the way , fake promises from them , disappearance , and of course nothing is sorted - they even dared to call me rude, 4 months later when I told them off that they still did not manage to resolve this. Do NOT trust neither purchase at any level. They refuse to contact the new owner and ask him to take responsibility , they claim GDPR reasons - I say is their friend, and they knew exactly what they were doing. The cover of the trunk was also broken and they said they will ''professionally'' fixed , for me to realize (after broke down again) that they stick a piece of paper in there and put extra glue . I am expecting the manager to reply as usual with some AI use so he can sound professional, but honestly , why struggle with them even for a minute if there are 1000s of Traders out there. AVOID !!! Even their replies are based on lies as I have sent to each one of them at LEAST 5 times each of the fines. Via emails, via whats app and go along the way. Asking them to pay for the fine since they could not sort this out does not qualify for any threat whatsoever but rather a super reasonable request. AVOID X 2 !!!
