Purchased an Audi A6 in March 2025, car had multiple faults, would not change gear and multiple dashboard lights. After 24 hours, the car would no longer start. I contacted the garage to get the car returned and they would not communicate with me, I had to go via the finance company to get the car returned. The car was sat on my drive for 3 months before it finally got taken back as the finance company forced them to. Posting to advise others in case they are considering buying a car from here. Once the car was taken back, it was listed back on the website for sale same day. Reg ND14 NNX

I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a car from Lostock Cars in March 2025 for \xa38,400. Just under two months later, the engine management light came on and the car had been running roughly for several weeks. It turned out to be a serious issue: the DPF and EGR valve needed replacing. Due to delays in garage bookings, I couldn’t get the repair done until July — the final cost was \xa33,226. This car was bought specifically to transport my disabled children, so the impact of this breakdown was huge. I explained the situation and sent the invoice when requested, but the dealer stopped responding entirely. I wasn’t even asking for the full cost — just a fair contribution. They’ve ignored every attempt I’ve made to resolve this and have left me with no option but to take legal action through claims court. I genuinely tried to handle this calmly and respectfully, but I’ve been completely let down. Think carefully before buying from this dealer — especially if you rely on your car for vulnerable family members.

Absolutely brilliant! I turned up and the young guy in reception was lovely, I went to mangers garage up the road and done a full service for me for peace of mind. minor issues but Arif sorted and fixed everything straight away without question, very caring when I had a panic attack stayed with me until my car was finished even bought me some chips and can of coke! I’ve had a very pleasant experience, anyone who goes with this company you won’t be disappointed!! Thanks so much again Arif! Clare x
