Great little car dealership. Dealt with Steve who was very friendly and professional. The vehicle was very well prepped and as good as described in the advert. A pleasant, hassle free transaction and well worth the trip from Manchester.

Called 2 weeks ago about a truck that was reserved at \xa310,999 (have a screenshot) but the deal fell through due to finance apparently. Relisted price is now \xa312,999 so I asked the reason for the increase and was told "did you honestly think we'd sell it for \xa310,999". Given the fact that it was listed at that then yes.... shall look elsewhere for more truthful sellers.

Bought a car from here, looked in good, all paperwork there etc... after less than 2 months the car had a major engine fault. I contacted Autopoint and they were not at all interested in helping me and said they only give 1 month warranty. I took the car to my garage and they said most reputable dealers offer at least 3 months warranty! I would avoid buying from here, they obviously are just interested in the money and not customer service!

Bought a car off them a round about a year ago had issues with it just as soon as it went out of warranty don't get me wrong these things happen but later on found out by online service record that hadn't been served for 4 years had issues with the dpf witch I sorted out of my own expense then a few months later the crank shaft on the engine snapped so needed a engine got a quote for a new engine and a quote for a reconciliationed engine and both was over half the price I payed for the vehicle definitely will not be using ever again

Recently found out car I bought from you is ex-track/race car. I can only imagine what they have done to car. You should have know or check such information before selling anything like that, for such high price.
