The staff are very friendly, they have a great test drive route that allows you to get a feel for a car on all road types (as there is a national speed limit on the route) which is very important as some dealerships I've bought from in the past limit the drive to 30/40 roads which isn't great for gauging a car. Dealing with them is very easy, collection of my car was great and the aftercare has also been really good. They did a great deal for me and earned a sale, I felt like they wanted my business which is rare these days. Extra shout out to Naglis for being a great sales rep, amazing to deal with and lovely guy!

I'd recommend Vertu Volkswagen Mansfield to a friend because they were knowledgeable, helpful and did not pressure but particularly because they offer the VW extensive checks prior to purchase which is reassuring when buying a used car.

Purchased and part exchanged a car from 180 miles away. Brett Peggs the sales guy was fantastic and was super helpful with all the questions I had! The after sales guy (sorry didn’t catch his name) that followed everything up after was also lovely- checked I liked the car, asked if there was anything he could help with etc. Super easy !!
