First time buying a car from here experience was a whole lot better then you get at the big names dealers he wasn't pushy into buying the car leaving you to have a look round would be coming back when I buy my next car

Wouldn't have put a star but be careful you don't buy a car that he's selling for a friend, completely different person will see a different side to him then put the phone down on me. Bought a bmw that he was selling for a friend used it 2 weeks took it to a garage needed new engine we paid 1,600 for another engine 7 wks later still there and found out from the bmw specialist the car was there just before we bought it and the owner was told this, car still there as it needs 4 new injectors another 1,600 not to mention labour on top. Words fail me at the dishonesty,we're lucky we didn't cause a major accident through not fault of ours. He Contacted his friend who then phoned me denied any knowledge absolutely disgusting

I bought a Jag XF from Austin, it went through its MOT and needed some work which was taken care of no problems at all, unfortunately the car developed a performance issue, but I can not fault Austin, the car has been back for repairs under the warranty offered again with no grumbles from Austin. He is a genuine guy and a nice bloke and, most importantly true to his word. I would recommend him to anyone.

Got a Zafira from Austin recently, really good service and helpful with any issue you may have with your vehicle. I am pleased I got my first car from Austin's and will use again in the future. Austin also has a good range of mechanical knowledge on the cars he has for sale so he is always willing to help! I recommend to anyone.

Wife bought a lovely bmw from Austin this week..what a pleasure it was to buy from such a normal down to earth car dealer...no hassle and no problems...what a gentleman he was..went out of his way to make us feel welcome and no pressure to buy..needless to say the wife fell in love with the car....a happy wife is a happy life lol..really big thankyou Austin for been one of those very few genuine car salesman that make the customer feel great and relaxed and for helping with our needs..great little garage and a great guy...big thanks from sonia and iaian...and highly recommend to anyone his services 😁😁😁😁 June 2024 and just been back for our second bmw from Austin...still the same amazing customer service..this guys a legend...iaian+sonia

Car purchase - December 2023 Austin was really easy to talk to and discuss buying a car. He had a fair price on the car and gave it the works, MOT, Service, Cambelt, before I picked it up. The car had a little issue afterwards and because Austin gives you a great personal warranty, within days he had the car in and fixed. I cannot thank Austin enough for the quick response to the issue on the car. I would highly recommend Austins Autos if you are thinking of buying a car, he has a good selection for all budgets. Great guy with great customer service and a man of his word i am new to grimsby and popped in to look at potential cars and he was fine with me looking and asking questions and when i finally gor myself sorted i went to look for a car as i was ready n he was fantastic told me everything i needed to know about the cars in my budget and what he recommends and ive never had a c4 before so was weary about it but he was right its a grear car and nippy af for a diesel and was everything he said it was and more. Had a little issue with a window and went to see him about it a few days later and as he said before i bought it any problems go see him and he was straight on it trying to find the right part for my car. Highly recommend and i dont normally give recommendations but this guy deserves it cuz he goes above and beyond. So thanks Austin love the car as you know.
