Having been around the block buying my 1st car 🚗 in the early seventies you could say I've experienced the worst and the best service when purchasing a car. I have to say the service from 1Upautomotive is definitely right up there. Frazer and his colleagues Lewis & Mathew were all friendly professional and made the whole car buying experience a hell of a lot less stressful than is normally the case. In short just top class!

Matthew and Fraser are unbelievable people and what they have is amazing, top notch service and an amazing team. They went above and beyond for me I can't thank them enough always in contact and the most honest and genuine sales people I have met i would recommend buying your car from here, I wouldn't recommend any where else. Amazing and first class service from Frasier and Matt, from start to finish they were honest, friendly and helpful. I part Ex changed my vehicle and there was no haggling from them as they accepted the price I requested straight away. I went on to purchase one of their vehicle and everything was done in a very professional manner. I drove away with a 12 month MOT and a sparking clean car, I am in love with it. Highly recommend these lads and should I ever need another car, I will be back :)

I saw a citroen Picasso on auto trader and emailed 1up automotive and I had a reply straight away and then a phone call booking my test drive. On arrival Matthew was waiting for us and straight away offered us refreshments etc. I had some issues with my finance company but Matthew and Fraser bent over backwards to make things work for us. The whole car buying experience was just so easy from start to finish thanks to these two amazing men. I would highly recommend this outstanding company to anyone looking to buy a car. Amazing Company to deal with !! Bought from them on account of the excellent reviews and was not disappointed !! Matt, Fraser and Louis were brilliant, no hard sell just wanted to make sure we got what we were looking for. Car came with MOT, warranty and health check. After sales service was excellent, the guys really went over and above. Would definitely use again and recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for a used car.

From day one, when I first enquired about the vehicle, Fraser contacted me straight away to tell me about the car and even sent me videos. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. A very trustworthy and decent company to deal with. I highly recommend them when buying a used car.

I bought my first car from them in May. Now it's September and I'm still driving without any adventures ;) A nice surprise was when they called me after some time to ask if everything was OK with the car? A very honest and conscientious company, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a car for themselves. Absolutely fantastic service!! Contacted them through cargurus and they contacted me back next day and again today to confirm I was still coming to view the car. Arrived with a welcoming greet by Mason and was taken straight to the car. He definitely knew what he was talking about and also had banter. 10/10 for the set up and of course for the sale. I left with the car a very happy lady. Will definitely recommend! 👍

Can't thank these guys enough bought a Citroen C3 I know nothing about cars so helpful didn't harrase me or push any sales just left me to it so chilled no pressure at all. Car was in fantastic condition running like a dream 12 mot 6 months warranty all checks done gave it a service before I left I couldn't be happier definitely buy again or recommend them to anyone looking for car thank you so much.
