From the moment we arrived, we had no pressure salesmen giving us their spiel, it was very relaxed and enjoyable to just wander round and look at the cars, ( which we love to do). BE WARNED PLEASE READ I Bought a 13 year old car from this dealer for \xa31800,9 days later the engine management light came on,I got it checked out and it shown there was a problem with the Catalytic converter,I tried to take it back to get a refund or to fix it but they said I would have to pay for it myself also refusing to refund me as it states on the paperwork car was sold for parts which I wasn’t aware,they asked me to transfer my \xa31800 to a company called burn bridge when I initially paid for it..I have had to show evidence of my bank transfer to car 365 that I actually bought it off them and now there saying or we have noticed you paid your \xa31800 to burn bridge and not car365 absolute joke.I am in the process of taking this to trading standards.I have also noticed this is not an isolated incident looking back at the reviews.Why would anyone pay \xa31800 for a 13 year old car for parts.

Car 365 appeared really helpful at first . But when I choose my car and found there was a fault with the car and I wanted to return it there attitude changed . The woman Leanne whom I spoke to was very abrupt with me even though I had spoken to the finance company who was very helpful and was willing to let me take the car back only if car 365 agreed . I wish I’d never gone through these people . But if you do just be aware there all so nice until you get a car then any problems there not .

AVOID!! Not the best experience when trying to buy from this crowd!. Was actually physically in middle of attempting to negotiate a deal to buy a vehicle when a 'mystery buyer' apparently left a deposit at the exact same time I was trying to buy! Deal would have been done an hour or so before hand if they hadn't try to low ball me on my p ex price - \xa31500 less than 3 other offers and from 2 car buying sites! Clearly negotiating wasn't going the way they planned so by stating vehicle wasn't available solved their issue. No doubt they'll respond by denying the circumstances & concocting another version of events - just read their other negative reviews and judge for yourself! Check out screenshot- I sent details at 17.29, they replied at 17.33 to say it's sold... strange!!!

Told me there was no warranty on a car being advertised at 10k. Ex Taxi, trade sale only they said. The consumer rights act tells me this is illegal. You cannot complete a trade sale to a member of the public. Especially when your advert is offering finance too. Reported to trading standards. EDIT - interesting response from the owner. The car is still there 2 months later. Spares or repairs - you’ve missed the bit where you have to state the car must be trailered away. I can also book a test drive, you are not allowed to do this as spares and repairs as the car is not deemed roadworthy.

Lovely family ran garage, I was messed about by another garage local to me in the Midlands for a f pace, I found a beautiful example with this garage , called first thing in the morning 8:30 , they answered and advised the car is available come on down, they did advise someone has shown some interest however, so I placed a deposit by bank transfer they sent the details immediately to secure the vehicle as it's exactly what we were looking for we didn't want it to go , test drove the car, immediately up on arrival, all docs ect shown , very nice atmosphere and several premium cars on site, we collect our car next weekend once finance all completed, couldn't recommend these guys more I dealt with harry and his dad.
