The experience at Baylis Southern Merthyr Tydfil was overall good staff were friendly and helpful, the only issue was paint issue on roof peeling which wasn't noticed until got car home, roof resprayed as good will gesture but not outcome wanted but had no choice but to agree!
I would not recommend Baylis Southern Merthyr Tydfil because on date of collection I was told the vehicle was not ready. Was told two day delay. Only to be told that it would be another Four days. Even offered to collect me to pick up my car. When received another phone call to tell me the car is still not ready. Might be the next day, no guarantee. I informed the salesman that I would be cancelling my order. Which I am disappointed about, as I sold my own car the night before the scheduled delivery date.
