DONT TRUST AUDI! 2023 AUDI A3 - MULTIPLE BREAKDOWNS IN 2 YEARS - BROKE DOWN IN FIRST 3 MONTHS!! - AUDI “FIXED IT” and it broke down with 1 hour of leaving the showroom having been repaired!! I received excellent service and support during my recent purchase of a used Audi Q3, in particular from Shea Feeley. Post purchase, Shea also organised and completed the transfer of a cherished plate onto my new vehicle, including changing the number plates!. I brought a car on finance 3 years ago and was told that my mileage for the year was 12,000 miles.i have returned the vehicle and Audi finance have charged me \xa31800 because the mileage was actually 6000.its not what I was told when I purchased the vehicle.not happy at all about being lied too.

I have had a terrible experience trying to get refund sorted. It has gone on for over a month and I still haven’t received my refund. I am not the person who complains generally but this has now gone on for too long. I work full time and do not have the time to call several times a week and wait for someone to speak to and then be given a false reassurance that refund has been processed and will be in my account shortly but it never arrives!
