Dont trust this garage. I was told a car was available took it for a test drive about to do a deal but them the car had already been sold and the buyer turned up. They tell you that you have to buy the car there and then. Do not trust them

After travelling a good distance to Worksop with my daughter to potentially purchase a RR Evogue plug in Hybrid, the car looked great outside, the inside headlining was very dirty and was not good. but that could be cleaned. Problem was that when we took the car out for a test drive (twice) the car engine started, and was operating as a hybrid I told the salesman that this was not right we should be driving on electric as the battery showed 80% unfortunately the salesman had no clue on how the car should operate and tried to BS out all kinds of waffle. Even the manager tried to explain the reasons it might not run in EV. They where still trying to sell me the car and all kind of warranties even knowing this car was defective. On reviewing the paper work back in 2022 service sheet indicated an EV issue. Basically this car was not fit for sale.

At first I had a positive buying experience from these guys but after having the car for 2 days problems came to light and now they’re not interested. Avoid them like the plague. Just to let other buyers aware if you buy a vehicle and its faulty within the first 30 days you can return for a full refund under the 2015 right to return. This makes the buyer entitled to a full refund if the vehicle purchased is faulty! I’ve asked to return the car and they won’t accept the car until a diagnostics is carried out when in fact half the problems in the car won’t show up on a diagnostics test. Plus it doesn’t state anywhere in the law that this has to be done for a refund. They’re just trying to push it off and then blank you when you state them the law and your rights. Dodgy rear sensors, the radio doesn’t work at all, the car keeps unlocking itself and sometimes refuses to lock and also the Bluetooth/Apple car play keeps disconnecting and it won’t allow any calls through on the car. There’s also a panel that’s come off on the inside of the car. Avoid this company they’re awful and disgusting. Funny enough they could’ve just refunded me and had the car back but now they’ll have a shock when I’ll be taking them to a small claims court to recover the full cost of the car, court fees and compensation. If this is not resolved within the next 28 days this is the route I’ll be taking and I suggest everybody else that’s had the same issue to do the same. Will be reporting to trading standards and the motor legal company also as my right is to have a refund and they can have the car back so therefore they’re withholding my rights, not honest about any issues and it’s also false advertising that none of these issues were mentioned anywhere. THIS COMPANY NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN!!! I will be taking this to social media to prevent people buying from here.
