I originally left this as a 5-star review, but I’ve changed it to 4 stars. I recently bought a 2020 Kia Niro (Spec 4) and was looked after by Darran — hands down one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, Darran made everything smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. He had a great personality, was a good laugh, and made me feel at ease right from the test drive. Even when he wasn’t 100% sure about something, he didn’t try to blag it — he went and got someone who did. That kind of honesty and professionalism really stood out. He handled everything — sorting the deal, going through the logbook, signing the paperwork, taxing the car — he explained each step clearly and made it all simple. No pressure, no confusion. What made the experience even better was how Darran got us involved with the rest of the team. He introduced us to people by name, had great banter, and created a really comfortable environment. Me and my dad felt at ease, and even my mum and auntie felt welcome — which isn’t always the case in male-dominated dealerships. From being offered tea and coffee to being shown where the toilets were, it genuinely felt like a place where everyone was welcome, not just buyers. One small moment really summed up the vibe — during the deal, there were two young girls playing, laughing, running around and getting water. Instead of seeing them as a distraction, Darran actually engaged with them, smiled, and joked around. It made the whole place feel more authentic and family-friendly. That kind of warmth is rare and really stuck with me. The dealership itself had a great vibe — clean, professional, and friendly. You could tell the team worked well together, and Darran was right at the heart of that energy. Look, I get that salespeople are supposed to be friendly — that’s their job — but Darran genuinely went above and beyond. His personality alone was a selling point. He didn’t just sell a car; he made the experience personal, fun, and memorable. The reason I’ve dropped it to 4 stars is because of the petrol reimbursement. It was agreed that since their usual petrol station was closed due to roadworks, I could fill up at another station, send them the receipt, and they would reimburse me. I sent the receipt on 25th July, but it didn’t actually get sorted until 8th August (about two weeks later). While it did eventually get resolved, it took far longer than it should have for something so simple. Still a brilliant experience overall, and I’d definitely recommend Darran — but that delay is the only reason I couldn’t leave this at a full 5 stars.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from V12 Sports and Classics Wolverhampton, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. I dealt with Liam, who was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions with patience, guided me through the options available, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Liam’s friendly approach and attention to detail really stood out, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend V12, especially if you get the chance to deal with Liam!
