Mercedes-Benz C-Class 2014 (64) - 2.1 C220 BlueTEC Sport Euro 6 (s/s) 4dr

I brought a Mercedes A Class 6 weeks ago 2 days after purchase the oil light came on I took it back and was told the car was burning oil to leave it with him for a couple days and he would contact me regarding what was going on. 3 days later I had no contact so I went to the dealership and was told it was being sent up to Manchester as it needed a whole new engine! Was told 1-2 weeks and it would be back I gave him the benefit of the doubt and wa a happy to wait flash forward to a month later I have no contact from them unless I called chasing up where my car was the date the car was supposed to be returned was constantly changed. I was given a loan car that was respectfully a shed! The handbrake didn’t work and was very rusty. The car was finally returned on Saturday last week. 2 hours before I was due to collect my apparently fixed car which needed not only a new engine but new fuel injectors and turbo I received a voicemail stating the car wouldn’t even start. At this point I had lost all faith in them so I asked for my money back. I am now without a car! Bare in mind this car was sold to me with a fresh 12 months MOT and service! I woundnt trust this dealership as far as I could throw them! If your thinking of buying here I wouldn’t!

I bought my Mercedes E class estate from Graham and it was a very pleasant experience. We were under no pressure at all to buy the car. He was happy for me to take the car out on my own for a test drive. On return, Graham told me that he would put 12 months MOT on the car, service it, put two brand new tyres on the car and 6 months warranty. I have been doing a lot of miles with the car and we did experience some small issues that Graham sorted out for us with no arguments at all. His mechanic is very helpful, as is he. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Graham at all. We have been in business in Devon for over 25 years and he is one of the most honest and helpful guys, we have dealt with.
