Sold me a car through finance with the WORST detailing job I’ve ever seen, I couldn’t see the lingering damage because of all the wax on the car not been machine polished properly so they are screwing me on the finance deal.

Do not get a car from here, refuse to fix vehicle under warranty until threatened with legal action, fake service history and dodgy mot AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Hi, purchased a car from yourselves in January and you took my car in part exchange. I gave you to V5 document at handover. However I have received 2 letters, 1 from DVLA about no tax and 1 from MID about no insurance. You have not kept your end of the deal by sending away the correct documents to change ownership. I have emailed, tried to contact through social media, Whatsapp, phone and nothing!! DO NOT PURCHASE OR PART EXCHANGE WITH THIS COMPANY. AVOID! Bought the new car on the 4th Jan and this letter has finally come through. So glad to be finished with this ridiculous company! AVOID!!

Start with the most important! Avoid this company! I bought a car with finance through Zuto! After they got paid they informed the car is not working has some problems with the car . (engine light is always on) They told me it's a small problem and takes a couple of weeks to fix it. I waited almost 2 months for the car and they said they still need 3 weeks to fix it . They can't find anybody to fix the car . In England in the 21st century? They didn't contact with me I always had to call Zuto get some update! When I bought this car they said this car is perfect condition and everything works fine. I had to cancel it. Just waste your time and your money with this company! Rubbish.

1st class from Starr to delivery of the car . Handover was excellent with everything explained in full. 1st time purchase of a car that wasn't a local dealer and I don't think I would go back to a dealer again after this 1st class experience.

Picked car up just over a week ago and been very happy with it there has been a couple of small things that has made me wonder if the mot was thoroughly done as like wiper blades chunk out of front tyre no screen wash in it but I guess u can't have everything over all happy
