We nearly purchased a Grey BMW M3 Competition until we discovered multiple faults, suspicious mileage history and a highly questionable MOT. Supposedly, a “full major service” and 135-point check had been completed, yet they failed to spot broken parts that had been siliconed onto the car, wheels in need of refurbishment, and most importantly brakes that are in poor condition. I’ve already tried to reach out to Steve Whittle, but—unsurprisingly—have had no response. After reading other reviews, it’s clear many customers have faced similar issues particularly with the standard of MOT’s. Terrible garage, don’t waste your money.

Ali is one of the best sales people I have met. Welcoming and kind. Patient and unassuming. Answers all questions thoroughly and also spends considerable time showing how to operate the car and syncing phone to Bluetooth. He deserves to win employee of the month over and over.

I bought a vehicle from Sytner Warrington and within just over 3 months the radiator fan started staying on. I booked it in and drove all the way there for them to investigate. They told me it was the electric water pump, ordered a part, and booked me in for the following week. When I went back, they said they had ordered the wrong part and I had to wait yet another week. On the third visit they finally replaced the pump, called me to collect the car, but when I arrived the exact same issue was still there – they hadn’t even checked it properly. I was told to come back yet again, this time two weeks later, for another investigation. I arrived at 8:30am (within the 8–9am slot they gave me) only to be told I was “late” and they’d have to keep the car longer. After a full day, they told me they couldn’t fix it and that I would need to go to one of their main dealers instead. Every visit meant driving 40 minutes each way, wasting my time and money, with no resolution after weeks of back and forth.
