Looking for a first car a vauxhall viva for my daughter and came across a perfect first car for her here at Leigh Cars Ltd. The sales men gave a professional non pushy service. Having done many deals for cars with car dealerships over many years I cannot express enough how refreshing it was to deal with the team at Leigh Cars. A breath of fresh air if you will. Dan (Sales Manager) Mark (Motor Engineer) were just terrific. Polite, responsive, vibrant, and professional to the end. Nothing was too much trouble and you never felt your opinion or input wasn’t of some value. Car was ready on time, absolutely spotless and the speed at which all the paperwork etc was completed prior to driving away, extremely impressive and hassle free. I can’t recommend this dealership high enough. So many are hard work and you always feel a bit itchy dealing with them. NOT HERE! I recently bought a car from Leigh Cars and was very pleased with the process. We dealt with Cameron who was excellent from start to finish with just the right balance of friendliness to professionalism. Not too pushy, which is good as I tend to find most sales tactics a huge turn off when buying but he did gently nudge the process along. The process was well managed and explained (I don’t buy cars very often) so I felt confident at each step of the way. He was also very good when my gf asked questions, not patronising as some have been but treated her the same as me and she later commented how refreshing that was. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole process and enjoying my new car.

Not my purchase on this occasion - just living vicariously through another; however I never felt glossed over or ignored when asking questions, there was no hard sell involved, and they were more than happy to let me test drive, as well as the buyer (I was to be listed as a named driver, so was good to have some idea of the vehicle ahead of time). Cameron, the salesman involved, will hopefully be well invested in by the company, as his pleasant, patient, personable manner will likely do you very well if so.
