Do Not Use this dealer. I bought a car in good faith, within 170 miles of driving the engine management light came on and the car was overheating and couldn’t drive the car for more than 4 miles before having to pull over and waiting 30 mins for the engine to cool down. Took car to garage who sorted the issue and also found another issue under the manifold and saw several missing bolts. My mechanic wasn't prepared to even test drive the car because two of the tyres were showing wire. The warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on as the parts required were not covered even though if they weren’t replaced the engine could have blown. Would not trust this dealer, sells cars that obviously don’t get serviced and takes no responsibility once they’re off the forecourt. Don’t buy from here, to rectify the car I’ve spent over \xa3600 to date

Bought a white Audi A3 from here. I'm so happy with my car, it drives beautifully the engine has a tiger purr sooo smooth and responsive. The AC is amazing! The service here was impeccable such great host made us feel welcome gave us sound advise, made us feel like we was part of the family. 1st class customer service, this is the best car dealership I've ever encountered and believe me I've seen my fair share, there not all 5* business. But Crystal Cars takes the win I'd give more stars if I could. Thank you so much it's been an absolute pleasure I will definitely be recommending you to family and friends x

Nice place to buy a car Bought a Ford festa l was given 1 month insurance since l got the car l have never got any problems with it ,good customer care and also u can get back and swap or change to anther car if u see any u like the deal can be done I can recommend any one who really wants a car should pass by Oldham and buy one trust me you will not regret.
