The experience at Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln was good because the car I originally came to view I ended up not liking, the team was able to bring in another car of the same type in from another vertu garage for me to test drive. I ended up loving this car and purchasing. All of the team was very helpful and had excellent customer service
The experience at Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln was welcoming and friendly. Although it seemed very rushed and at times overwhelming. There was only a couple of issues I had with the car I bought which were resolved straight away. Overall considering other people’s experiences I’ve listened to on buying a car and the after sales issues they’ve had, I would certainly recommend a trip to Vertu VW Lincoln.
