Went to look/test drive a specific car to be told to be seated and someone will be with us. We sat waiting for an hour and when I went to ask a staff member if he was free he then said "the car is now sold". Waste of time!

Do not buy your next used car from this company. Make sure you read all of the negative reviews on all of the rating sites. After less than 24 hours the car we bought the coolant light came on so had to add coolant. The next day the washer fluid came on so filled it up. After 3 weeks the engine management light came on and after contacting warranties 2000 they booked it in to a local garage to be plugged in. The diagnosis is it has a historic DPF fault. I contacted V12 sports and classics to express my disappointment with the niggles and the DPF fault but they don't seem interested. Because of this I have involved the finance company (Zopa) who financed the car and they have opened a complaint which will hopefully have more impact than me trying to resolve this issue. I have also emailed the CEO of V12 sports and classics hoping something will be done. Honestly I regret even looking on the V12 web site and just want this nightmare to be over.

Previously left a 5 star review, due to the pressure of one being left, but the service I have received from the ‘after sales’ team is absolutely appalling. The service wasn’t the best to begin with, being left a week to pick my car up, when I was promised each day it would arrive, left with no communication. I then brought the car home, and had the tyres checked by a third party company; who said the tyres were perished and unsafe to drive on. Being a driving instructor, that’s obviously not the best news, after spending so much money on a new car. I have rang multiple times, with no solid answer to my problem, just a ‘we will be in touch’ left weeks for a reply to my emails, only to be met with ‘they are only slightly worn’ and trying to tell me the AA checks have been done, even though I sent them CLEAR photos of the tyres being perished. So now, after only having the car around a week when I first brought this issue up, I have to buy 4 new tyres after spending all that money on a new car. What a joke of a company, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone or be going back.

Do not buy from this garage my partner bought a car for \xa312000 and all the tyres where perished and dangerous when we bought this up they said it’s not there problem because ok the AA check it says there fine the AA multi point check is a load of rubbish we had the tyres checked by a third party company and they agreed that they and dangerous and need to be changed immediately. My partner was also met by pushy salesmen she was made to pay for the car without a correct hand over or final check of the car because the salesman said if you don’t pay now I won’t get the commission because I’m leaving in a minute as it was near closing time overall a absolutely awful experience this garage is happy to sell you faulty cars but when it comes to the aftercare they do not care about you or your problems with the car as stated above aslong as they make there commission.
