I bought a used car here one month ago, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing, frustrating, and unprofessional. 1. I still haven’t received the V5C document. Every time I called the hotline, I was given vague, inconsistent, and unreliable answers. When I purchased the car, the staff never mentioned that I would be waiting over a month, which is careless and misleading. 2. I was persuaded to buy a 2-year warranty for \xa3799, which is shockingly overpriced. Later, I discovered the same warranty on the Warranties 2000 website for around \xa3400. This feels dishonest and exploitative. 3. After getting the car serviced, I was alarmed to learn that the front discs, pads, and battery all needed replacing. This clearly shows a complete lack of proper inspection and quality control before selling the vehicle. To make matters worse, I tried contacting the after-sales email address, but no one ever replied. The complete absence of customer support is unacceptable. Overall, this dealership has shown itself to be unreliable, overpriced, and utterly unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from them.

Pat was so patient and reassuring. Great customer service. We took up over two hours of his time and he never made us feel rushed. He also got my insurance down to half just as a goodwill gesture.
