I had a few issues with my car and I’ve been really pleased with the service at the garage. All of the staff have been very friendly and lovely to deal with, it was easy to book in and rearrange my appointment when needed, two lots of extra unexpected work was able to be fitted in and sorted on the same day, all work was explained and an easy payment plan was offered that was super quick for me to sign for. I cannot fault the service that I received - thank you!

Ever since I've had my Ateca, which I brought from Dale, they have done my service and MOT'S. The team are fantastic, friendly and professional the engineers send a video of the of the checks so you know what's happening. Would highly recommend Dales.

Having bought a Seat Arteca FR 21plate last summer I had the occasion to return it because of noisy and grating brakes . They took it in and said it was fine just a small amount of corrosion on a disc . Some weeks later i returned the car as it was no different. Again I was told it was just a small amount of corrosion on one of the discs . Feeling fobbed off again. They didn’t MOT the car when i bought it , so it was due yesterday and suprise suprise all four discs are heavily corroded and need replacing asap . So I called Dales explaining and sending them a video of the MOT . I’ve been reliably informed there is no way they have got this way in such short a time if there was only a small amount of corrosion when I took it in twice to Dales . So again I’ve been fobbed off and wouldn’t use the again. Very poor after service all round.
