The sort of service you want when buying a car; transparency, friendly, no pressure and absolutely no hassle whatsoever. I dealt with Stefan when wanting to view two cars and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating - he even put the cars on ramps so the whole underside was visible for me. Both cars were available for test drive without any hassle and I felt no pressure at all or pushed in to a sale like some salespeople. Although I didn’t go through with the purchase due to unforeseen circumstances, I have left my details with Stefan for a future purchase and would happily deal with these guys again. Thanks

Highly recommend SM! I had never purchased from a dealership before, and wasn’t sure what to expect - however the team were extremely welcoming on my arrival and throughout my experience with them. Shezaad was very patient and informative while I was making the decision whether to purchase my Mercedes A Class - there was no pressure to purchase, like I expected from a dealership. Shez also ensured that the car was given to me in pristine condition, offering to take it to the body shop to fix the scratches on the exterior, as well as give it a full interim service without any extra charges. The car looked like new when I finally picked it up! SM offer financing through a third party provider, which they were really helpful with getting me through the application process. They also accept part exchange, which was also an easy process with SM. I am extremely happy with my new car, and really appreciate the patience and help from Shez and the team at SM.

I recently bought a Porsche 981S from SM and the experience has been first-class. From the outset, they showed real professionalism and a commitment to customer service that’s a real rarity these days. On collection day, after a long journey, the car unexpectedly threw up a PSM fault. Rather than delay or make excuses, they immediately included their Gold Level warranty free of charge and promised to cover the cost of repair at a Porsche specialist near me, even if it was something not covered in the warranty. That kind of reassurance, given on the spot, spoke volumes about their integrity. They also went above and beyond with the windscreen, which had a large deep scratch on the drivers side. While most garages would have dismissed it, they offered to arrange a replacement and cover half the cost as a goodwill gesture. It’s these touches – the things they didn’t have to do – that really set them apart. Communication has been superb throughout – quick, clear, and genuinely helpful. Shoutout to James who was my point of contact on the day and had all the time in the world to let me make an unrushed decision and take the car for a long test drive. But I must also give Special credit to Stefan, the Sales Manager, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to deal with the after service mentioned above. He’s a natural people person who embodies what customer service should be: Genuine, personable, and honest. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend SM Specialist\xa0Cars\xa0to\xa0anyone.
