I had a very bad experience with the owner I had three months warranty on the car I'm a mechanic ,before the car was handed to me the owner took the car for MOT, they failed it the first time for two front track rod ends and they got the parts replaced and managed to pass it I received the car once everything was done but as a mechanic I always double check to make sure that everything was fixed and repaired accordingly As I checked my car I noticed that my front shock absorbers was leaking and that the front dics and pads were worn I told myself I will take it back to get it sorted because I was under warranty When I went back I explained to him the situation , I was there for 45 minutes because he never believed me . He took me to the mot tester and I was there for 30 minutes explaining myself Long story short I called DVLA and I was able to get my parts sorted . I had no other choice because the owner was being funny with me . It's was like he didn't wanna fix my car because the money is coming from his pocket since my car is under warranty my car deserves to be fixed if anything goes wrong

Brought my first car, a SEAT Mii, from Kelvin Way Motors. I cannot fault their customer service at all. They were completely honest with me and gave me pros and cons of all the cars i was interested in. They allowed me to do checks on the car without being hovered over which was much appreciated. The car was serviced beforehand and drove perfectly well. The staff were very helpful and replied quickly to all my questions on What’s app. I would definitely recommend them!

Do not buy from them! They sold me a dodgy Ford Fiesta that I later found out had no pipe for the coolant to the radiator and had no clamp on the battery! For some strange coincidence too the bonnet release was broken. Stay away from this dealership!

I have just purchased a car from Joseph and the team at Kelvin Way Motors and they could not have done more or been more helpful. I had the car AA comprehensively inspected and it came out with mainly ‘green good’ ticks, and any minor issues were rectified by the garage and the car MOt’d and serviced. I paid extra for delivery which was also excellent. Definitely recommend as decent/honest sellers.

I purchased a cat s damaged peugeot 308 pure tech 2019. The service I received was second to none and puts main dealers to shame. I was left to my own devices with the car (NEVER PRESSURED). If I needed to ask a question or wanted to know about the car they were more than happy to assist with my enquires. Also took car for a test drive and only when I was 100% happy with the car would they accept me to purchase. The car wasn't gonna be sold without a full service and fresh mot so I waited a week and collected car. 2/3 months into my ownership and I still love the car and would definitely by from this dealer again. THANKYOU FOF A PLEASENT EXPERIENCE IN PURCHASING A SECOND HAND CAR.
