My experience at Vertu Nissan Glasgow Central could have been better because I felt I was being told things they thought I wanted to hear rather than just being honest, particularly with timeframes of when the car would be ready. And pick up time. I was given a time and then was sitting around for at least 2 hours and most of that I was left on my own. Everyone was pleasant and polite, but seemed disorganised or uncertain when it came to when the car would be ready.

The staff at Vertu Nissan Glasgow Central were good because everything was made very clear throughout and the whole process easy from start to finish.
