POWER PLANT The 2.0 Super strong and proven STI engine uses a twin scroll turbo design like its predecessor, the S203. The turbo diameter in the S204 has been enlarged, and the turbine blade configuration was altered for smoother acceleration. The engine itself was not radically altered, but rather smaller, more precise alterations were made. The internal weight balance of the engine was adjusted and peak torque was also increased on the S204. The Titanium exhaust system features a low back pressure . Also installed is a high flow catalytic converter. These two devices are very lightweight. The ECU on the S204 was also specially tuned to control boost, producing the optimum amount of power. INTERIOR The whole interior was designed with the idea of driving being the highest priority. The overall colour scheme is black . The speedometer maxes out at 260 KPH. In addition, to keep the cabin noise levels low, special matting was used in the floor carpeting. The lightweight Recaro bucket seats were developed in Germany and feature a two piece design. This allows the driver and passenger to still be able to recline the seats to a desired position.
