My experience at Mercedes Benz of Reading was positive because I had issues with the DVLA my end and I wanted PX my car. The DVLA took their time sorting my issues. Mercedes Reading were fantastic still willing to work with and put the deal through. But the Staff were just exemplary, Isabella was an absolute joy as was Hany. They did exactly what they said that they would do and exactly when. The manager of Mercedes Reading was an absolute gentleman as well. Collecting my car I was treated so well and enthusiastically. A joy to do business with. Thank you guys one and all.
My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Reading could have been better. The delivery process was disappointing — the windscreen had multiple deep scratches, and there has been a persistent noise from the brakes since the very first day. I’m still following up on several unresolved issues that were promised to be addressed at the time of delivery but remain unfulfilled.
The guy I was dealing with (Daniel) was a great bloke. From the first telephone call right through to collecting the car the next day was so easy and fast. I usually don’t like car salesman but with Daniel there was no pushy sales talk or anything like that. All the deal was done the day before on the phone. So on the collection day it was just a case of signing a few things and that was that. All in all a great experience
I would not recommend Mercedes Benz of Reading because when the car was advertised it was less than 100 miles. After placing my deposit I found out that it had done 6k miles! I went back to the advert and it said 4K miles. I now wonder if I was sold the correct vehicle. I do not think the vehicle was prepared fully for delivery as I subsequently noted scratches on the drivers wing mirror and a section of the trim on the front bumper loose. A manager has asked me to bring the vehicle for repairs. This will be difficult for me as I live in St Albans and have to now coordinate with my job. I would also like to have confirmation of when the body and seat protection was done as I paid extra for this. Lastly, I’ve been trying to speak with the salesman which sold me the vehicle without success despite several calls. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience. This is not my first Mercedes benz or EV.
I would not recommend Mercedes Benz of Reading because it took over two hours for the paper work to be completed for the car I was buying which I thought was a long time.The sales man did not mention the car had 1200 miles more on the Speedo than advertised he also for got to put it on charge as it was a plugin hybrid..
I was pleased with Mercedes Benz of Reading and would recommend them because of their prompt and professional service. A test drive was arranged same day and all the paperwork completed for my purchase with ease. Daniel Kozac assisted with everything and the car was prepared for collection within three days. Nothing was too much trouble, standards of service were excellent and the vehicle was just what I was looking for. I would have no hesitation in recommending their service.
