I'd definitely recommend Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South to friends and family because of the great customer service. Matt showed me the cars available, had a brilliant test drive with him explaining all the features of a particular car I was interested in. A couple of days later I had an easy purchase, transfer and collection from Luke, who made sure I was comfortable with the new driving experience before driving away in my new car!
My experience at Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South could have been better, because the condition of the car on collection, was below what I would expect for the price, and the dealerships reputation. I have no problem with the sales representative, he was very professional, he explained everything simply, and was courteous, I give him full marks, however.... the passenger and drivers foot wells were covered in grit, the drivers mat is damaged, the steering wheel is out of line, and one of the reversing lights is out. Minor things you may say, appearance and presentation, go a long way. But for those reasons, the event of buying a car, would have been disappointment free.
The experience at Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South was great because Laurence was very helpful, so welcoming and he wasn't to in your face as normal Sales people can be like, laurance could tell what we wanted from the start , and helped us find what we asked for and advised us what to do and what not to go for to help us understand what we wanted for a car, he is so helpful. Funny and I would recommend anyone to go to him for a car.hes not too pushy to go to cars if he could tell its not for you. Or he can just be the right persuasion you need for that perfect car once he understands you and your financial situation. Laurance deserves a pay rise and a promotion, but still selling cars as we would live to go back to him for our next car , 5 starts all around.
