The Finance Manager has kept me informed with the progress on my car, and arranged for me to have a courtesy car, which was delivered to me. I fully appreciate that the problem with the car was beyond their control and they, Lewis and Russell, have reassured me every step of the way that the fault would be rectified. 10 out of 10 for the attention I have received.
