AVOID THIS CORRUPT DEALERSHIP!!! I put a deposit down on a 2016 Mercedes a class that was meant to be on transport and some how missed the transport which they told me 1 hour before I was going to collect the car, I took a day off work to collect the car I think it’s an absolute joke on how a car can miss transport and to tell me on the day of collection is very unprofessional. So I decided to go to the dealership anyways to see what other cars they had since I was off work. Service is awful they hardly even tell you any details about the car of interest. Anyways being young I ended up driving out the dealership in 2019 Mercedes a class. They told me I had to pay a \xa31000 deposit which went straight into their pockets. They offered me warranty which they said covered everything, I noticed a chip on my windscreen so I drove to the dealership which they told me it’s an insurance job. Then they also told me I had 5 free tyres my tyre had a puncture and guess what? No free tyres, the warranty added like \xa33000 onto my finance and it covers absolutely nothing. Not to mention the manager Scott, seen him constantly in and out of the toilets rubbing his nose constantly sniffing up I’ll leave that for you to figure out what he was doing. Avoid Carsa Limited at all costs!!!

Very poor experience with this garage. Would absolutely not recommend purchasing from this dealership it is appalling service and customer care. Veichles sold at poor quality. My initial experience when looking to buy a car was fab she was a very good sales woman and had time for you, arranged viewing and finances prior to appointment. It went downhill from there. Arrived for my appointment at 11 and was unable to test drive the car for over 1.5 hours due to no test plates being available (only had one set on site). There was a lot of waiting around throughout the process of purchasing the car. After 5+ hours I drove the car away and loved the car I had purchased in a new car bubble as you would say. It went further downhill, the car had multiple issues, heating systems, fuses, peculiar noises and more. It took all in all 4 months to get these resolved and still somethings are not resolved. You don’t expect to spend a lot of money on a new car to have so many problems that is almost impossible to get resolved. Never known anything like it trying to get issues fixed once you’ve bought it (they have your money they couldn’t care). Customer care was atrocious. The car also didn’t appear to have any body work issues when I bought the car but now I have pant chips here there and everywhere off where this garage has patched them up prior to selling to deteriorate and be clearly visible again within months. Because this had been apparent on month 4 they will not do anything about it despite their “high quality standards” not lasting to the highest quality that they state they provide on their website. Absolutely dreadful service!! Pressured into buying warranty and when we had made the decision we didn’t want to spend 1600 pounds on warranty the manager was brought in to see if he could get us to buy it! When once again we explained we didn’t wish to buy it, this is when his attitude changed and started talking in a very belittling and patronising manner! And just like that the sale was lost!

Where do I start! Unfortunately I had to give 1 star to write the review. Customer service is shocking, the so called “managers” are not interested in selling cars, have no knowledge of the cars we looked at and are only concerned with selling the “added extras”. These come in the form of pointless protection plans and four year warranty, which covers almost nothing for \xa31600. On declining to take up these added extras the “manager” came across to try and persuade me otherwise. This took the form of intimidation, patronisation, belittling language and was a very unpleasant experience. He argued over and again how the warranty is so wonderful and covers “all the important things” even though I had an extensive print out in front of me detailing how many issues were not covered. Sounds like a scam to me. He tried to explain that “most people” take out the warranty, they clearly succumb to the pressure and intimidation tactics. I explained I felt pressured to take out all these extras and the tone changed again to defensive this time. I explained I wasn’t sure if I wanted to continue with the purchase, the “manager” walked off back to the front desk. I did pull out of the purchase and explained to the two “managers” now sitting at the desk exactly why, detailing their customer service is shocking and their bullying tactics had lost them the sale. Having read others reviews, I feel I had a lucky escape. I urge you to stay away from this garage.

I didn't see the point of the showroom at all, What worked very well was the ability to reserve & move the car to a local showroom What didn't work well, was the local branch (Durham) The test drive was fine, but there where a few minor points I asked them to rectify, which they acknowledged but then totally ignored and didn't do, such as clearing tyre warning like, literally pressing a button, that worked out thanks to Google, the branch clearly just couldn't be bothered. Had the whole local branch benn removed from the equation , like cinch, my experience would have been much better. Having to hang around for 90 minutes when collecting the car at a scheduled time wasn't good either, basically, 90 minutes to do a bank transfer and pick up the keys Very poor **no doubt the 'standard responce' to contact customer care which you attach to every poor review will be commented, but what about actually addressing the feedback customers leave, what will contacting your customer care team achieve you have my details, you know my issues, why don't you do something pro-active and contact me - the customer**

Worst experience buying a car. DOES NOT Even deserve 1 star but had to give a star to write the review (Monday)First of all we go to the garage to look at car we like one all goes well the sales men in the garage tell me to come back the next day and collect the car, all finance will be sorted by the Tuesday , then I get a call there a problem with the finance , THEY told me to put a address I had lived in for 3 years so that’s what I did and then they tell me they didn’t tell me to do that which they did. Then the manager rings the finance company tells them what’s happened and changed the application then advised it will all be sorted by tommorw (Wednesday) and to come in Wednesday to collect the car. Wednesday comes we go back in ,the original sales man and the manager are not in so the other people who work there have no clue about me or the car. Then somone tries to help me in there but they can’t locate the car , so I’m sat for about half an hour just waiting again to be told the car is in the garage getting paint work and it would not be ready until Friday and to come then, baring in mind this man was not talking or looking at me when he was saying this and just talking to my boyfriend even tho it’s my car that I am paying he was just with me ,completely rude ! I did not hear anything from the garage I tried to ring 6 times over 2 days to answer no communication. I end up having to email customer service who tells they’ve arranged a call back for a certain time 2.30 did not get a call , some how I managed to get through to somone there who tells me the car is ready this is Friday now and I said okay can I come and collect he said yeah but then says actually it needs valeting and won’t be ready untill Saturday. Completely unorganised. So I get a appointment for 11 on Saturday to collect the car I turn up at 11 the sales man is with another customer and tells me to sit in’s room and wait which I waited for 40 MINS my appointment was booked in for 11. For them to then tell me the finance has not been sorted or completed and that I hadn’t gave them a updated settlement figure which I had given on the Tuesday to the manager when he rang up and changed the finance. So they have to re do all the finance i keep being left in a room while they deal with other customers and just leave me as if I’m the inconvenience , caused me loads of anxiety I was sat shaking in there feeling very uncomfortable. 3 HOURS LATER everything is sorted I get the car I drive home which is 10 minute drive ! Then a warning pops on the dash tyre pressure low turns out there’s a screw in the back tyre ! As I now don’t trust these people I take it too tyre spot who fix my car and then proceed to tell me that the car has 3 standard tyres and 1 run flat tyre I just feel like I have been treat disgusting, not sure If that is because I am a young women but that’s how it seems ! I would definitely AVOID AT ALL COSTS wish I had just lost the money on my deposit and took my business elsewhere actually the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not to mention I started paying for the insurance for this car on the Tuesday and did not get until the Saturday I know I would have only saved abit of money but it’s not the point ! Just disappointed disgusted and now angry about the ordeal Also need to mention the car was not valeted ! Marks all in the inside and water marks on the exterior of the car
