I was very satisfied with my purchase at the time and am still happy with the vehicle and the condition that I received it in. The main issue revolves around the promise of being sent the service book as it was still being completed when I was there collecting my car. Multiple weeks have now passed and I have had to chase Ken multiple times but I am yet to even receive a response to one my emails. It is for this reason that I could not currently recommend purchasing a car from this dealership.
I received my car with a quarter tank and was promised a full tank. It’s now a week a few days and still haven’t received a payment of £50. I have tried to call and sent emails. Communication is poor. I’m sure if I didn’t pay the full balance of the car you would of not delivered it. Why do I have to wait so long the refund and why is no one replying to my emails of calls!
