I visited a few car yards in anticipation of buying a new vehicle. As is the norm I was met by salesmen who were like limpets who clung to you as you walked around, telling me how helpful they are!!!!. I then visited Auto Trade Centre....wow what a breath of fresh air. Eventually I was approached by a salesman who introduced himself as Alex. He welcomed me to the yard and as it was a warm day asked if I would like a cold drink. He then said, 'enjoy your walk around, and if you need anything please come to the office', and away he went. I was able to freely walk around the yard without a hint of sales hassle. Eventually I found a vehicle of interest and spoke with Alex. I was a little 'edgy' as there was no over the top sale pitch, but simply responses to any question I asked. Without any hassle I decided that I wanted to purchase a vehicle. Alex, and the team were professional and demonstrated good business practice. Demonstrating a genuine customer focussed approach. Throughout the whole process I felt confident, and Alex provided reassurance of my decisions. To anyone thinking of buying a vehicle I highly recommend this company, and for added assurance ask for Alex. You'll not go wrong. Although I mention Alex (as he dealt with me) be assured all staff have good business ethics. Thanks for the coffees.....

I purchased my car from this agency, and they provided an excellent deal along with outstanding after-sales service. When my car displayed an error, I contacted them via WhatsApp, and they promptly came to my house to collect the car. They even provided a spare car for my use while resolving the issue. The problem was fixed efficiently, and they returned my car in perfect condition. Highly impressed with their professionalism and customer care.

Do not go to these guys to fix your car I'm 2 hundred pound out of pocket and not only is the problem not fixed but they have caused a bigger problem that will end up costing me over a thousand. They have superglue and taped a part on because it wouldn't fit properly. Absolute cowboys. 1 star if too much
