Had great service from Daina in Service today, I took my car in because I had an inflation issue. Due to confusion they put on a mid range tire whilst I wanted a Michelin. When I went back I said how disappointed I was and Daina said she did not want me to go away unhappy. She arranged for the tire to be taken off and replaced with a Michelin even thought they had to go to another garage to get it. Her attitude is wonderful and her customer service skills are excellent, Daina is a credit to Drive. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
