Audi Q2 2018 - S line 1.4 TFSI cylinder on demand 150 PS 6-speed 5-Door

Even though I live in Milton Keynes, the 200+ miles round-trip to Stoke Audi is worth it - this is the 4th consecutive year. The staff is professional, and the service is always top notch. On this occasion, there was a misunderstanding about all the work that needed doing, and a specific part was not ordered for the CarPlay retrofit. In the big scheme of things, this was not a problem, the rest of the service was carried to the same high standard that I go to appreciate. I will keep going back to Stoke Audi, it's still the best UK Audi service centre for me.

First time audi buyers and we were really impressed. Very friendly greeting at reception. We dealt with phil cannon who was a lovely bloke a pleasure to deal with, really friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We are so pleased with the car and would definitely buy from phil and stoke audi again.

Very poor after sales service! Reported a couple of issues day after purchase but dealership not interested wont return calls or respond to emails. Will not be buying from an audi dealer again!
