I'd suggest CarSupermarket.com Grimsby to a friend because the team especially customer services for aftersales Ryan Helliwell has always been helpful, accommodating with my problems/issues with a car I have had with them, good communication at all times. Sales team very good Oliver Boyd helpful, good sales man. The Grimsby branch is not very big BUT it is big in customer satisfaction and holds good stock
My experience at CarSupermarket.com Grimsby could have been better because the vehicle that i had purchased for£18000 arrived extremely dirty on the inside(no valeting had taken place) which was only really inspected properly over the weekend as I was away working in my company van for 2 days.
I'd recommend CarSupermarket.com Grimsby to a friend because of the expert knowledge of the salesman Ollie, he made the buying process enjoyable, giving me the freedom to make my own decisions with no sales pressure. Friendly service with a smile. He explained all the options and the fantastic warranty car supermarket offers to its customers.
CarSupermarket.com Grimsby were great because they had an offer on where you could get an EV at 7.9% finance which was the thing that made me decide to make the switch to electric. There was a wide range to choose from online and at the Grimsby branch. I found a car I liked the look of online and was able to get help from Oliver Cooper at the Grimsby branch to find out how much it would cost me on finance and get it moved to Grimsby for a test drive. The test drive was arranged quickly and I was able to pick the car up just a few days later after deciding to purchase it on the finance deal. It was completely clean both inside and out and I’m really liking it so far and am enjoying electric especially since I could make the switch for cheaper with CarSupermarket. Oliver Cooper was excellent throughout answering any questions on the cars and finance options and he was there until the car was handed over to me and even followed up a few days later to ensure all was going well. Would highly recommend CarSupermarket Grimsby.
