Had brilliant service from Tom all round. He was friendly, informative and easily available.

Tom was the sales person who didn’t treat me with respect and he was rude, I literally had a bad experience with the customer service. He was irritated to answer our questions, he was not welcoming, he just wanted to complete the sales.

My experience at EMG Duxford was very straightforward. I was informed of everything available to me for the vehicle I wished to purchase. I was also made aware that my salesperson would be in touch after a week, due to them being on holiday but I was given an alternative contact should I need anything beforehand. I was given an honest overview of the car prior to viewing it as I had to travel to the dealership. Overall a very easy process and nice sales people.
