I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the first class service offered by Grange Bentley in Tunbridge Wells. The worst experience possible took our car in for a service and was told various works needed.This totalled to over \xa39000.00 which was understandable as a new water pump was required. The car was at the garage for in total of twelve weeks no courtesy car or offer of one. The car was refused on 3 separate occasions as the panel alignment was so off. The roof had two huge holes in, roof no longer working with all the lights on the dash.it was missing the boot release button. Washer hose caught and mangled in the bonnet hinge. It took 3 attempts to correct alignment and on last visit and I have video evidence of this technician told me that’s the best I’m going to get I could literally place my finger down one side of the bonnet and couldn’t get a finger nail down the other. Also advised in the video that it had been done with masking tape to measure panels when removing not specific measurements or tools. Now taking legal action please avoid this place like the plague

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH TUNBRIDGE BENTLEY. First of all thank you to the salesman Harry Sermbezis. He made this happen for me by advising the right car for me and then arranging the finance that was suitable for myself. He was always available for any questions which made the process seamless. On the day of collection the sales manager Sarah Ledden welcomed me in and talked me through all the gadgets in the car and then onto signing the documents, tax etc. Sarah gave me a tour of the building and was lucky enough to be shown the new Lamborghini which may be an option for me in a few years time. Overall very nice experience. I will certainly be back to buy another vehicle when my agreement is coming to and end. Thank you very much for a lovely car and experience. James Walton
