Bought a car back in febuary as we needed a bigger car due to having a month old baby, Car had to go back constantly between march and may with warning lights until the car went up in smoke in august on the A55 with our baby in the car, after having tgr car towed to our usual garage and them finding faults with the turbo and breaks, abbott said theyll do the repairs of the turbo for \xa3500 ,after them having the car for 5 weeks with excuses everytime called, after they finally fixed the turbo they gave it back to us with no coolant in. Do not reccomend this garage and cant wait to see the back of this car.

Sold me a car that was unfit dangerous to drive. I have three children rely on a safe car. Firstly both wheel bearing had gone on the car it was shaking The front rear tyre was driving on a thread the bloke who changed it for me was gobsmacked Thirdly the car wasn't releasing its immisions it kept staling coming out of junctions And lost power whilst trying to overtake on a busy motorway Took the car back he deducted \xa3400 of me for 3 months use Stuck it back on the forecourt with the same price I first paid for it Stupid reply he's posted he knows me and my number I'm glad me and my children are alive

I was looking for a specific car to buy, AVS had it. We travelled 80 miles to see it, went on test drive by myself, liked it, bought it, collected the following week (14th April). It was all a pleasant experience, communication was good, staff were very helpful and accommodating, certainly aiming to please the buyer…. Customer orientated is the word I will use. Look out for special offers….. they are something worthwhile. Would do business with AVS anytime. Worthy of the 5* I have given.
