This is the second car I have bought from Affordable Cars of Sussex. Both experiences have been positive from start to finish. The staff are quick to respond, informative and knowledgeable. They cars are immaculate inside and out. They ensure the cars have up to date service history and an MOT if required. My son's car has sailed through it's first MOT and I am thrilled with mine. I would highly recommend this car sales company to anyone looking.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received after purchasing a car from Affordable Cars a few months ago. Upon purchase, I immediately raised concerns about a stiff clutch and delayed starting, only to be dismissed with the excuse that "it is a diesel" and that's just how it is. This was clearly misleading, as the car required new fuel injectors just weeks later, followed by a new clutch shortly thereafter—issues that were evidently present at the time of purchase. Both times I returned the car, it was held in the garage for several days. As a neurodivergent dyslexic mother of two young neurodivergent children living in a rural area, this was incredibly disruptive. Despite the repairs being covered by the \xa3100 warranty I paid for, I was not offered a courtesy car or any form of compensation for the significant costs I incurred on hire cars, taxis, trains, and buses to manage school runs and other essential activities. One of my children even missed a day of school because we were stranded without transportation. When I rightfully complained and requested compensation, I was met with the dismissive response, "that's not what we do." This lack of accountability and empathy is appalling. I strongly advise against using Affordable cars. Their complete disregard for customer service and failure to support vulnerable members of the community is unacceptable. Avoid this garage at all costs if you value transparency and genuine customer care. *****In response to your reply below, expressing a suggestion of me blackmailing you is completely out of order. I suggested that as a minimum you could refund the warranty based on the fact that legally you are required to repair any faults within six months of the purchase anyway regardless of warranty. ****** I merely informed you that I wasn't happy with the car and service giving you the opportunity to rectify it but here you have the review that I didnt want to have to write........
