I'd endorse Vertu Land Rover Leeds because Sarah was ever so helpful, answered any questions, spent a lot of time going over the car’s features. There was no pressure to try and force a sale that you get with some other dealerships and didn’t want to rush you out of the door once the sale was complete. I would not recommend Vertu Land Rover Leeds because the after-sales service is really bad. We do not feel welcomed when we contacted the dealership for some enquiries and follow-up after picked up the car. There was no reply to my email enquiry until the sales representative return from holiday a week later.
The experience at Vertu Land Rover Leeds -I arrived unannounced to look at a car, the person on reception took me to the waiting area and was offered refreshments. I was greeted by the Sales Manager and after taking some details was shown two cars that were of interest. I was shown all the features of the vehicles and with absolute certainty displayed great knowledge. Out on a road test and throughout they displayed genuine friendly but professional high level people skills. The deal was done and the pick up was dealt with by the same person with the same level of professionalism. I’ve got to say that having had very poor customer experience in the past elsewhere , this was absolutely on another level. In fact everyone with whom I had any interaction all appeared to be very team spirited
