Super knowledgeable guys who help make buying a new car easy as well as exciting. This particular occasion, Josh was our sales guy and he physically couldnt have been more helpful if he tried.

Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!! this company at all costs had a car for less then 2 week and blow up on me on a 8k car absolutely devastated..now Asking for my money back is proving to be hard work. I feel absolutely robbed .

Have only a good word to say about Cars3000 as i was dealt with in a very professional manner. They take care to find exactly what you want and have friendly staff who go the extra mile for your satifaction. i dealt with James and Grant and have only good things to say about them. After buying a car and waiting for the MOT to update online it turns out they didn't put a new one in it after all .. 'a new MOT if the car has under 6 months left' .. mine was just under 5 months left, I was told it was being serviced and MOT'd before I collected it .. So any good that they had done was completely overshadowed by their dishonesty, dont even know if it was serviced as its not written in the book After contacting them and them trying to wriggle out of it, I was e pected to take a day off work and drive back down there for them to do, I explained I won't,be doing that as I simply dont trust them not to do something to my car out of spite Good riddance to you, we certainly won't be back

Had a great service from josh and the team. This is a car dealer who really cares about the customer. The car we bought was slightly over book price but a small price to pay for piece of mind as the car had a new MOT new service new tyres fitted and all the small little bit done to the car at no extra cost. A great service from a very reliable company. Thanks Josh
