I would not recommend Vertu Peugeot Harlow because the salesman wouldn’t answer basic questions! We found the dealership overall rude. They let me drive home with a tyre warning light which they just ‘turned the light off’ as the tyres were ok? Obviously not if the warning light was on! Got home to find the tyre was 1.7 when it should have been 2.7! Very dangerous!
I'd endorse Vertu Peugeot Harlow because the salesman, Callum was the loveliest person. Extremely knowledgeable, polite , courteous and answered all my questions. He even spent time with me when you went to collect the car, by setting up my phone and by showing me the many different features. He really could not do enough for me. Did not force the buying of the car on me , I like the dealership in Hatfield where I had an awful experience with a pushy, rude salesperson.
Vertu Peugeot Harlow staff were good because they were able to help with finding me a car very quickly and anything that the car had to have work done on they had sorted it out for me very quickly. I’m very satisfied with how I was treated while purchasing the car too. The salesman that sold me the car was very sweet and professional through everything.
