Mercedes Benz of Slough were great because Ishaak responded to my first request with preparing for me a choice of cars that suited my needs, he arranged for me to see them and arranged everything very professionally. He explained the various options extremely clearly, He had the car prepared quickly and made it a great experience when my partner collected it. Cant recommend him highly and I look forward to dealing with him in the future..
I would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Slough to friends and family because they were helpful and honest from the moment I spoke to them. Vasile, the sales gentleman, was professional and honest. I trusted his advice and felt I was getting a good deal. I didn’t feel pressured, making trusting what he was saying easier. I loved that he could video record all aspects of the car because I couldn’t see the vehicle in person. It was as good as being there myself. At first, I didn’t want to make the monthly payments towards my service, but after he explained all the benefits and advantages, I changed my mind. It was how he explained, no pressure, just honest, straightforward facts. I was picked up at the train station when I went to pick up the car that morning, and he had got me a hot drink. Vasile’s approach was excellent customer service, which made me think about the car I was getting next. And when I've been stuck when getting used to the car, I could contact him and be advised. I've never had any vehicle other than a Mercedes, so I felt like I was getting real-life Mercedes service. Thanks, Vasile!
I must say, my experience with Mercedes-Benz Slough has been truly unforgettable. Weeks of chasing for basic items and support, vague answers, and unresolved issues — exactly what you’d expect when buying a premium vehicle, right? If you enjoy spending your own time solving problems a dealership should have handled from day one, then this is definitely the place for you. 5 stars… for teaching me patience.
I would not recommend Mercedes Benz of Slough because quality of preparation of a car is very poor along with communication. I went back for a tire pressure issue got told everything was fine this is a day after picking it up. Then the fault reappeared went to Kwik Fit instead to be shown a bulge on the inside of the tyre wall which should have been spotted in the prep stages and replaced. Now I am £270 out of pocket ontop of whatever I paid for the car. Very disappointing would never recommend this dealership complete lack of trust please never go here
