1 Previous Owner, Full Service History, For sale on behalf of one of our customers is this truly amazing 1969 Mercedes Benz 250 Petrol Automatic. This car has only covered 53,000 miles from new and is a real credit to its 2 owners.First purchased in January 1969 by William King a retired World War 2 Mosquito pilot. Who kept a diary of every single journey he did in the car and any work done on the car. In 33 years of ownership he covered 47,104 miles. Then in May 2002 the car was sold to Francis Pamment a very close friend and neighbour of Mr King.Mr Pamment then kept the car until September 2024 when old age and losing his licence forced the very reluctant and emotional sale of the car. Mr Pamment only every used the Mercedes as an occasional second car, it spent most of the 22 years he owned it in his garage. Hence he only covered 5,000 miles in the car.Finally on to myself. After many hours checking over the car and conversations with Mr Pamment and his wife I purchased the car in September 2024. Once purchased I had the car checked over and serviced. In the last year I have covered around 500 miles and attended 8 classic car shows which was the reason I purchased the car. I have received literally hundreds of complements about how good it looks for a 56 year old car. However I only intended to keep it one year so I could experience the classic car show scene as an exhibitor as I have enjoyed attending them for years.
