Workshop engineers are difficult to contact and the new managers prioritise profit over service, shame of having multiple master technicians in house and acting like they have. I have no hesitation in describing them as con men. Not even talking about the expected premium cost associated with dealerships, I mean that they will outright lie about repair details in order to get paid 3x the cost of other places (which really makes you question their qualifications and morals) to and there will also be zero communication unless you chase it up and hound them. Take vehicles elsewhere (if purchasing- Audi Leeds or Audi Warrington, if for repairs - Audideutch, M40 5AL) Edited: my review was not a complaint about the price but the dishonesty so clearly the reading comprehension is as bad as the mechanical competency.

Terrible service from this Audi dealership. Booked an appointment and turned up on a Friday - they had the wrong appointment on their system ( booked in for Sunday when they aren’t even open). Then returned several weeks later for the diagnostic test - took them over 24hr to realise they didn’t have the keys. Key picked up by them (at least!) and run the diagnostic test. Apparently couldn’t do the software update until parts are fixed- no complementary clean provided as promised. Parts order apparently around 30th July and despite a lot of chasing up from my husband, Mohammed has yet to call back regarding the parts which were supposed to take 3-4days to arrive. Several calls made but he never got back to us. Had to go to another dealership

I recently visited Manchester Audi for my Audi A3 MOT and had a brilliant experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the charming Brother RAF, who made me feel very welcome. The process was smooth, and I felt well looked after throughout. A big thank you also to Keiran, who handled everything with professionalism and care. It’s not often you leave an MOT feeling genuinely positive, but the team here really went above and beyond. Highly recommend Manchester Audi for their excellent service and friendly staff!

Stratstone (Natalie Dixon) saved Manchester Audi! I had a terrible experience with the previous management — not only was the issue unresolved, but it was made worse by unprofessional staff. Firstly the positives. Generally very good staff particularly worthy of comment is the meet and greet guy who is outstanding and the reception staff. Now the negatives. I had my car recently serviced by Audi Manchester. All ok except I noticed that they no longer top up the oil to the maximum mark but half way between maximum and minimum. I wonder if this is a cost cutting penny pinching exercise as it then puts the onus on the customer to top up the oil straight after the service is done. That can’t be right. Secondly, only after checking the paperwork when I got home I noticed the invoice for the service work was not included and the service history was missing a service undertaken by Audi Manchester. I phoned Audi Manchester on two occasions to request this be checked and for them to send me the invoice for the latest service. On both occasions I was told someone would call me back and you can probably guess this never happened. That is poor or incompetent.

Review: Audi Dealer in Manchester – Very Disappointed I visited an Audi dealership in Manchester today and was extremely disappointed with the experience. I dealt with a representative named Jack, whose customer service was frankly appalling. He was dismissive and tried to sell me a clearly damaged vehicle as if it were in good condition. Upon inspecting the car, it was obvious that it had been poorly repaired and possibly involved in a previous accident. The bumper didn’t line up from one side to the other, and there was visible overspray between the drivers wing and door and the sill. There was rust on the bolts holding the wing.The passenger sill had been filled before and the filler was now coming away and cracking. The passenger door was rusty at the bottom. It felt like the dealership was trying to pass off a low-quality, damaged car as a legitimate Audi vehicle, which is unacceptable. For a brand like Audi, I expected a much higher standard — both in customer care and vehicle quality. My brother who has over 20 years experiance with insurance approved repairs picked up this thankfully. The registration of the car is KE71 OVD!!!

Terrible customer service. Was met by Jonathan Singleton who was pretty dismissive and refused to send me an email or print a paper with the details of the pcp offer, insisted i go on Audi's website and do it myself. Said he would book me in a test drive last week on Tuesday, i called him back on Friday and he said he was very busy and would call me back on that day. Monday is here and still no call, not sure if he made a judgement of my buying intent or just felt too lazy to book the drive in. Rav, the gentleman greeting at the door, was exciting and passionate which was the only good thing about our experience to be honest. Audi in Liverpool helped me infinitely more and even gave me recommendations based on my needs- also booked me in for a test drive for the same day. Don’t go to the Manchester branch, make the trip to Liverpool or even Warrington.
