Ford Fiesta 2017 (66) - 1.0 ST-LINE 5DR Manual

I purchased a 2016 Range Rover Evoque from Evoque Motors and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I am a complete novice and was travelling 120 mile to pick up a car I had not seen in person so was nervous and somewhat skeptical however they made the buying process smooth and kept my mind at ease, keeping me informed every step of the way. There was an issue with the reverse camera which was dealt with before I picked up the car up. The car itself is in excellent condition and drives like a dream. Part exchange was smooth, the price they offered in the original agreement (without seeing my car) was the price they paid. Overall I cannot fault my experience with Evoque Motors and will leave a further review in 6 months to share my experience should any issues arise during my warranty period.

UPDATE Car has been in and out of the garage since my last review. Still in the garage now I have now been told that it needs a complete new engine! Again evoque motoros are avoiding my calls. This garage should be shut down. For someone that does repairs and MOTs I thought I could trust them. The car I brought must have been through a dodgy MOT as after investigation by a mechanic they found the catalytic converter has been knocked out and the hole welded. The car wouldn't have passed due to admissions. On top of all the mechanical issues, I still haven't received the log book 7 months later. Turns out the car hasn't changed ownership since 12th February 2022. THIS BUSINESS IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Sold me a car not fit for purpose. Car was in a grange 2 weeks after I purchased. Then again 4 weeks later with a 4 and a half grand bill.The car garage has ignored all my phone calls and messages. Disgusting customer service should not be aloud to trade!!!! Lee wallace
