Honestly 5* all round for the amazing team here! After I got my vehicle towed off the A14 on a busy Friday, they managed to squeeze me in to get my car looked at, although it didnt get fixed (my choice) they were open an honest with the issues and explained everything in great detail, cant thank you enough! Also super dog friendly for my very nervous boy who might of been more stressed than me 🐾 will be intouch! X

Bought a new 840 from here, and the service came up. So booked it in online, and then phoned to ask for a loaner, simply as it's in the middle of nowhere. No loan car available for a month, and then it's a \xa330 charge. No thanks! Bizarre. Follow up: It's not the availability of the loan car, but the \xa330 charge, as it leaves a vary bad taste in the mouth, particularly as the car was bought new from you, and unless I sit there for hours and hours, there is nothing I can do but pay the \xa330 as transport links in Bury are now so poor. It's just penny-pinching in the extreme, so much so when I change the car in a year or two, Stratstone will be bottom of the list. I came from Mercedes Benz, and they never charged (and on checking, they still don't!). You, as an individual, can also get garage loan car cover for \xa35 a day. I've booked my car into another BMW dealership instead. 2nd Follow up. I just got your voicemail. Thanks for the offer of waiving the \xa330 fee and accelerating the service to an earlier date, but as I have said, I've booked it in now to Group 1 for its service. 3rd Follow up - 9 months later. The alarm was playing up and going off at strange times. So we tried again. Oh no, they won't just look at it. You need to book it in for 2 days (and remember they're in the middle of no-where so you have to get a car from them for \xa330 a day... if they have any). So, well that was impossible. So I called Group 1. Yeh sure, bring it in and we'll plug it in to ISTA which tells us which sensor is faulty. Usually it just needs a clean.

Great service and friendly staff. I went in for a recall and the process was quick and smooth. I was given a hire car and was clean and pleasant to drive same class if not better than mine. Overall great experience!

I understood once again why BMW is so good and to read once again that it is a world brand, when I came here for service, really good people greeted me. Some people may think BMW is expensive but at the end of the day, I would definitely like to say that they do a good job. I will not hesitate to recommend them.

Water pump failed on my 340i touring under warranty and left me stuck..bmw sorted me a car quick time and turned my car around in 2 days, constant communication..picked up and dropped off with no hassle my end with work commitments…gained a new customer today thank you!
