*Exceptional Service from Vospers Mazda Exeter* After my wife’s car was written off in an accident, we had very little time to find a replacement. We began our search and came across Vospers Mazda in Exeter, which had a great selection of "previously enjoyed" cars. We found one that suited us perfectly. The buying process was handled by Josh, who made everything very straightforward. Communication was clear and frequent, especially regarding the car’s preparation for collection. After collecting the car, we noticed a couple of minor issues – the boot didn’t close quite correctly , and there was a peculiarity in some of the paintwork. I took the car back to show Josh and Ed, and what happened next really showed why this dealership stands out. Instead of brushing off the concerns, they took the car back in and sent it to their body shop. We were given a courtesy car during the repair period, and didn’t get ours back until it was absolutely perfect. When I returned to Exeter to collect it, the car looked immaculate – almost like new. Even small blemishes unrelated to the original issue had been corrected. This experience proved to us that there are still dealerships out there with genuine, outstanding customer service. Vospers is definitely one of them, and I see no reason to buy our future cars from anywhere else. A big thank you to the whole team at Vospers Mazda Exeter – one very happy and satisfied customer

Review What an incredible experience I have had with Mazda in Exeter weekend. I cannot fault them, but in particular Josh James He made this whole experience worth it from beginning to end. After several failed attempts at looking around other garages and meeting several very unpleasant and pushy salesmen it was so nice to meet a genuine, lovely and extremely helpful guy. Josh was busy sorting out a car when we arrived, he noticed us looking at some of the Mazda 3’s and headed over to help. He managed to look online and found something that matched and within my price bracket. He wasn’t pushy and was very knowledgable around the car. The entire process of purchasing the car ran so smoothly, we were even offered an ice cream which was needed on the hottest day of the year! The following day we arrived, Josh had gone above and beyond to clean the car himself and set up a bow (we had joked about it during the purchase)! Absolutely in love with my new car! A massive thank you goes to Josh, 1000% recommend him! Happy New Car Day
